I just had an ESOL lesson where I showed my learners how to fill in the GP forms for the NHS, as well as what questions to ask/expect when filling in forms and a few other interesting things, like how to say your phone number in blocks, the use of titles, the NATO alphabet and so on.
I chose the doctor services reg form because it's the one thing most UK residents will have done.
We all had a good laugh at how Boris Johnson is actually called Alexander.
