The four main kinds of law firm (a lesson sample)

A key aspect of a successful language lesson is creating context learners can relate to.

This is a legal English class sample, where my student and I trained in the use of comparatives in English. The idea was to talk about the four types of law firm (law firm): boutique, small , mid-sized  and large. Additionally, we talked about the advantages and disadvantages of working in these environments, something most lawyers will relate to. To create a mystery when introducing the theme, I decided to use images of plants, which apparently had nothing to do with law. Basically, instead of focusing on the grammar point in itself, we focused on the use of language, which made the class a lot more fun and easier to relate to.
